Don’t need all the bells and whistles? Classroom C is the smallest of our spaces at 17’ x 28’. But don’t let that size fool you! Plenty of natural light for roundtable discussions and small workshops. This is one of three classrooms in our flexible space. Multiple classrooms can be combined at an additional cost if you need some more room. Our space is available to host corporate events only. We do not accommodate personal events. Thank you!
Event space reserved exclusively for corporate events. No personal event inquiries. Thank you! We have a four-hour minimum for weekend bookings. No smoking, please. Pets of all kinds are always welcome! Please make sure to include setup and breakdown time in your booking request. Events starting before 8:30 am or going past 6:30 pm require an event staffer for an additional $35 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. For events with 75 or more attendees, the building requires that we include a fireguard in your rental, an additional $35 per hour, with a four-hour minimum. For large-scale events running after 6:30 pm and serving food or drinks, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee. Drop us a line and we'll talk it over!
We needed a last minute post-production office and this was the perfect fit - tables, chairs, coffee, power strips and great wifi were all provided and they were very accomodating with everything we needed to bring in! Dan even helped us get all our gear out at night and stayed a little late in order for us to wrap in time. Highly recommend and LOVE that the proceeds go toward creating a space where people can teach and learn!
The space is exactly the way it looks in the pictures, which is refreshing! Dan was great in making sure that our event had everything we needed including installing mics, amps, tablecloths and his very pleasurable attentiveness throughout the entire experience.
