About the Space

This spectacular waterfront home designed by a renown architect features 280º views of San Francisco, Mt Tamalpais, and the Bay Bridge is available for the first time. Located between Sausalito and Tiburon, close to San Francisco, Napa, Mill Valley, Sausalito, guests will enjoy migrating birds, diving pelicans, soaring hawks, families of deer and a forever changing palette of the full sky and the fog rolling over the Marin Headlands.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner/Agent from all damages or injuries arising from or related to Guest’s stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Guest is responsible for keeping Guest’s valuables safe at all times.

Any events or seminars over twenty people that might occur during the course of a stay must be pre approved by the landlord first 1) regarding the nature of the event, 2) the amount of expected people and 3) the vendors (name and type) that desire to be engaged.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

APPLIANCES. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Should any mechanical failure occur of equipment, guest agrees to report to Owner/Agent promptly and Owner/Agent will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.

PARKING Use of 3 Car Garage is encouraged and there will be three clickers left on the counter for usage. There is street parking 3 additional cars. Replacement cost for missing clicker is $150. For 10 or more cars for an event or meet, a valet required.

At the end of your stay there is a cleaning fee of $150. The cleaning fee is non-refundable and will not cover excessive cleaning or damage.

No animals will be kept on or about the premises without prior written approval.

There are certain health risks associated - use at your own risk. No children under the age of 15 (without an adult). We monitor chemicals weekly. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. When not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

Vented Fireplaces have gas logs and are operated by applying a flame to the gas rod and turning the gas key to the left. Gas must be manually turned off via the gas key. Do not throw any accelerants such as paper or other combustible materials including twigs or brush in the fireplace.

No feminine products or anything other than toilet paper should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system (plumbing?)

Main Balcony and decks is designed to accommodate a reasonable amount people. Deck furniture should not be moved to accommodate more people.

If, after this reservation is completed, and correspondence or discussions with Guest disclose a change in circumstances involving the reservation of this property, Owner/Agent has a right to refuse a reservation to Guest if the reservation is not conducive to the welfare of the Property. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, an unapproved large event or party planned during Guest’s occupancy of the Property, violations of the occupancy limits, rules regarding pets, or the purpose of the Rental Agreement. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of circumstances which may cause a cancellation of reservation. If the reservation is cancelled pursuant to this section, Owner/Agent will return all monies deposited to Guest.

Any and all legal matters arising out of this Rental Agreement shall be adjudicated in the County of Marin. Should any provision contained in any agreement between Owner/Agent and Guest be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or other judicial tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Rental Agreement will be in full force and effect. Guest agrees that any such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, legal and enforceable provision that most closely accomplishes the former provision’s economic effect. Guest agrees that facsimile or scanned email signatures shall have the same authority as original signatures.

Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the assigned bins or trash cans provided by Landlord. Excessive trash that Landlord is required to pay extra to dispose of will be considered damages and withheld from deposit.

There were times that the sun light was brighter than we wish it were because of the large windows, which made taking pictures a bit harder but other than that the space was fantastic. Well styled and lots of rooms for us to photograph in. "

"We had our company off-site at the Jewel of Marin and had a great time! Communication between myself and the property manager were smooth and consistent. The house itself is beautifully decorated and there were cozy nooks for people to curl up and work. The fireplace corner was very popular! The views are incredible and we enjoyed watching the planes take-off & land in the bay right outside the windows. The internet was strong and allowed for all of us to connect without any issues (22 people). The only complaint I have is that the hot tub hadn't been turned on to warm up prior to our arrival. We would definitely return to the Jewel of Marin! "
