A complete rehab in 2013 transformed our building from an antiquated office/warehouse to the beautiful, modern, airy oasis it is today. Our small, dedicated staff ensures that every client receives personal, tailored service. We have a growing list of happy customers. The studio is a generous 2,500 square feet. Up to 100 people can be seated in a theater arrangement for a speaker or presentation. A ceiling-mounted projector projects on the long white wall of the cyclorama. Additional highlights include 6 remote-controlled skylights that can be opened for full sun or completely blacked out, 12 ft. ceilings, and an 11 ft. wide drive-in door. In addition to the main studio, the space also features a 500 square foot custom-built conference/chill room with a bar, television, and two mini fridges. This is an excellent space to serve beverages and catering. We also have a 230 square foot hair and make-up room which can be used as a flex space during off-sites. Located off the 2 Freeway at Verdugo Road, this unique and discreet location is removed from the hustle and bustle surrounding many other studios in the city, and is located just 10 minutes from downtown and 3 minutes from Silver Lake. The building is wheelchair accessible, and your rental includes three reserved parking spaces along the building. All other parking is free street parking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We are committed to providing the safest possible environment for our clients, guests, and staff. We will be paying close attention to recommendations and updates from the CDC and LA Department of Public Health, and implementing every available technique to avoid the spread of Covid-19. -We will be providing complimentary PPE and a thoroughly sanitized work environment. All productions will be required to appoint a health & safety officer on set (C19CO) to monitor your crew's temperature, closely watch for people developing symptoms, and ensure shared surfaces are being sanitized frequently. -All surfaces and floors will be cleaned prior to each rental with approved agents listed on the EPA's Official Registry. -Health checks will be required upon check in. Anyone showing symptoms of Covid-19, including elevated temperature, will not be allowed in the studio. Anyone known to be in recent contact with a person who tested positive for Covid-19 will not be allowed in the studio. -No-contact direct entry will be provided. Studio Manager will unlock the space prior to your call time and be available by phone in the front office for the duration of your shoot. -Dedicated Circulation System: the HVAC system only services the studio, so there is no cross-contamination from other spaces in the building. There is an additional, separate climate control unit in the HMU/Wardrobe room. -An industrial 32" fan is provided, and our bay door opens to 12" for outdoor air circulation. The HMU/Wardrobe room also has a separate entry/exit door to outside, which you are welcome to leave open for ventilation. -Two 6' folding tables and 30 chairs are provided with rental (additional tables available upon request). We have space in the driveway behind the studio where you can set up tables for an "al fresco" lunch area.
