All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Historic building great for events, weddings, conferences, and can comfortably fit 300 people standing. A beautiful outside garden, lounge and chill space. This creative space inspired many famous artist. Interior has amazing wood detailing. The building is completely sound proof. Two fully equipped sound system complemented by our beautiful garden. Location is right by the water and close walking to downtown. We are located in a historic district in Sausalito. Near great restaurant's, sea trek, modern sailing, and the new water taxi. Guest Access: 1000 sq ft historic recording studio - seats 60/100 standing 2000 sq ft garden and fire pit Additional areas: lounge, bar, kitchen, two bathrooms Interaction with Guests: We have full staff and can cater all events, please specify in your booking if you require these additional services. The Neighborhood: Located in Marinship, a historic district in Sausalito. Near the small beach, outdoor dining, great restaurant, sea trek, and the water taxi. 10 min from the beautiful downtown. Close to many hotels. Getting Around: We have tons of parking on site and Uber is easy to access.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was the best space I have experienced working with Peerspace, and as an executive assistant I have had quite a few. Jennifer was an attentive and gracious host, she greeted me the day of the event and helped with all of the logistics from start to finish. The actual area is lovely with a beautiful garden area where we offered a bar service and appetizers. All of our guests were super impressed with the ambiance and history of the space, the afternoon went seamlessly and we absolutely cannot wait to throw our next event here! Five star experience from start to finish.

This location is gorgeous and well-appointed. It's full of history and has all the equipment needed to host a great corporate retreat. Plus, their WiFi is super fast and wide-reaching. My team was really happy with the facilities and had a great offsite!

Great venue. The weather in late April was beautiful, and the venue staff arranged for beer to be served outdoors. The indoor space was used as a DJ and game room. The venue owner was accommodating and my guests had a lovely time.
