This creative space inspired many famous artist. Interior has amazing wood detailing. The building is completely sound proof. Two fully equipped sound system complemented by our beautiful garden. Location is right by the water and close walking to downtown. We are located in a historic district in Sausalito. Near great restaurant's, sea trek, modern sailing, and the new water taxi. Guest Access: 1400 sq ft movement studio seats - 150/200 standing 800 sq ft garden terrace adjacent to movement studio Additional areas: lounge, bar, kitchen, two bathrooms Interaction with Guests: We have full staff and can cater all events, please specify in your booking if you require these additional services. The Neighborhood: Located in Marinship, a historic district in Sausalito. Near the small beach, outdoor dining, great restaurant, sea trek, and the water taxi. 10 min from the beautiful downtown. Close to many hotels. Getting Around: We have tons of parking on site and Uber is easy to access.
