Think of our space like a guest house! Please use any supplies that you need in the kitchen or on the tea bars (cups, plates, silverware, etc.) and simply return them when finished. Either wash dirty dishes by hand or place them in the dishwasher. The same goes for furnishings, lamps, or electrical cords in the space that you are renting. Feel free to move them how you see fit and then return them to where you found them at the conclusion of your event. Please be mindful to always wipe down and clean any surfaces or studio props that you use with the provided all-natural cleaning wipes, located in every studio. And if resetting the room, please return any furniture to the original set up. Please respect the space by removing all trash and food and placing it in the trash receptacle, located in northwest corner of parking lot.
The space was perfect! It was I solated from distraction, it was sunny, the restroom and beverage stand were right outside. And Laura was very accommodating - I'll definitely book this space again.
Laura was great to work with and very responsive to all questions. Room was excellent, exactly what we needed. Feedback that was given from the group was that it was a little odd being that this was the only conference room (it looked like at least) in the space - had more of a yoga studio feel than a co-working business space, but the conference room was a little off to the side so that helped. All in all - very positive experience! Thanks!!
This was our first experience with Peerspace and it was a good one. Laura, the Host, was responsive and helpful, the space was as advertised, and we were able to successfully utilize the room to conduct an off-site management meeting—which went well. There was a minor issue wth temperature, as the room itself was very warm. The vents were also fairly noisy, meaning they had to be kept on low. The only other option would be to open the door and compromise privacy. And the selections of tea could have been better : ) We might not book a return to this particular room, but we will certainly try Peerspace again in the future.
This was a nice, private space in a cool, centrally located building (east side of Austin.) We were well taken care of and always had fresh drinking water and hot water for tea and coffee. It was a relaxed environment and good to get out of our regular office to meet. It did get a bit warm with eight people, but we got two fans going and were better. The small whiteboard was broken, but we brought our own. Overall, a good experience.
Our group really enjoyed this space. The host was accommodating to our needs, was able to secure extra chairs for us, and was very communicative with us leading up to our meeting. It was a great space for 10 people, but might be too small for more than that. The one drawback from our experience was that it was a little warm in the room, but the building is a bit older and it is summer in Texas, so it's to be expected. We look forward to booking small meetings here again.
My team used this room for an all day offsite meeting and it got a little claustrophobic towards the end (as any room would) but the venue was great about getting us a fan, keeping coffee/tea/water stocked, and at one point, there was a bonus - fresh cut watermelon. In addition to all the little things, the big ones were covered too. Communication, projector, number of chairs, everything was taken care of and we had no issues that affected the success of our event.
