950 sq. ft. Downtown loft with 13ft. ceilings. Master bedroom has it's own bathroom. I live here when I'm not working so it's set up as a live-in apartment. Easily convertible space, perfect for web series, commercial and fashion shoots or for equipment storage productions taking place near by. Plenty of parking on the block and nearby, flexible hours, awesome location and a wonderful host - me!
COI needed upon confirmation. You are free to use the space in any way necessary as long as it is back to it's original set up and cleanliness before usage. All garbage must be taken out EOD. No smoking in the apartment.
