About the Space

The studio is 800 sq ft. + 300 sq ft green room/office space upstairs. For an event, the studio can fit ~30-50 people, and with use of outdoor lot can host an event up to 100 people. The studio includes a cyc wall (white/green, check for current color), raising lighting grid, kitchen, green room, makeup room, sound insulated air conditioning, and lots of room for parking in our gated lot. Ground access to studio allows you to back right in to unload thru 10ft clearance bay doors. Located 1 mile from downtown and lots of great restaurants and food trailers within walking distance! Studio rate: $125/hr with outdoor event on lot: $200/hr (includes use of pop up tent/set up) The space has been used for: short film/music screenings VR Events SXSW parties* photography music recording *Inquire about SXSW rates.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Super responsive host that the location is PERFECT! The dressing room on the second floor was really nice and the team of the location worked with us to figure out how to get a car into the studio! absolutely recommend!

Kari B. is a great Studio Manager. Everything was available for use. She's very polite and helped us out a LOT! Great Studio space, great dressing room, equipment is organized and accessible on the fly. Will I book again w/ East 7th Production Studio?
