Built as a union meeting hall in 1914, our 3,000 square foot space was recently restored to reveal its original hardwood floors, a wall of windows, and industrial steel beams. Acoustic ceilings, track / theater lighting, and a quadrophonic Meyer Sound system keep this legendary San Francisco art and music space space on the cutting edge. Located 1/2 block from the 16th and Mission BART station, our wheelchair accessible space is great for groups. Please note: we do not have kitchen facilities and the bathrooms down the hall are a bit rough and are shared by a few other tenants in the building. We would be happy to schedule short 15 minute site visits prior to finalizing any bookings – please get in touch via private message.

The space worked great for our needs, and team did a thorough check-in with us to make sure we had a good lay of the land. Used this space several times in one week and will absolutely be returning!
This place was great. The facility itself is beautiful, well kept, and full of character. Dena is super nice and helpful, and was very responsive. The space was particularly good for 100+ people with some small group work. There was room to stretch out. Can't wait to come back.
The space was perfect for our yoga event of over 120 attendees. Dena was super responsive leading up to the event, and Anthony was very helpful with set up on the day of. The only downside (as disclosed) are the somewhat rough bathrooms; they are shared with the building. If you are hosting an event with many participants, it could be problematic. Otherwise, everything was great!
Wonderful event space! Very spacious with ample availability of chairs and tables. The event staff are very responsive and more than happy to lay out the venue to your specifications. Would definitely work with this space in the future!!!
Anthony and Dena were incredibly helpful, informative and the space was quiet, spacious and looked awesome on camera. Would definitely deal with these guys again. (There is also an amazing Raman place around the corner for lunch).
