There is a glass enclosed conference room with room for 10 Full kitchen with microwave,oven and stove top, refrigerator, industrial sized coffee machine,espresso maker .There is a large weber BBQ grill. The kitchen has bar stool seating and a dining table that accommodates 8. The kitchen is large enough that is is also a space to mingle in addition to food serving and bar. Perfect for group cooking or caterers The kitchen connects to the patio with glass doors and creates on fluid space great for hanging out. The beautiful private patio is shaded by an old Magnolia tree. The patio is walled in on all sides so its protected from wind therefore remains warmer all year round!! Video projection possible to the adjacent brick wall. Fun for night time events! Project movies, images, slideshows, videos! Advance notice is needed and for addition fee. For large events considering food the space is best enjoyed in the buffet or hors d oeuvre style. Seated dinners can accomodate about 20-25. ***We have an in house event coordinator available to help before and during your event if needed. Not included in the base price. Must use our in-house clean up services. Our cleaning service is familiar with the space and does a great job. Price depends on the level of clean up required, event planned and the number of people who attend. Will range from $200-350. To be determined prior to event. We want to be respectful to our neighbors. If the out door patio is used, there can be no loud music after 10pm. We expect that the party atmosphere will remain civilized and not bother our neighbors. Our in-house security will be on premise in an unobtrusive mannor for the sole purpose of guarding secure and private areas. There will be no interference with your event. The use of upstairs is prohibited. Charges initiate upon event set up.
This space is so funky unique, totally a San Francisco feel. Converted garage with outdoor patio, we used it for a high end event and Marissa went above and beyond to make herself available to myself and other vendors to make this work. We had a live band play and it was perfect in the indoor space. Just loved it, very happy and impressed guests.
This place was a great place to host an event. Marissa, the Host was so helpful and accommodating. My fiance and I used this space for our engagement party. the kitchen was perfect for making food, we had plenty of space for all our guests, and they absolutely loved the place. Unfortunately, it rained so we didn't get to use the outside patio, but the inside space was perfect to host around 70 people. I would definitely book this space again!
