The expansive first floor welcomes guests at self-manned reception area (moveable parts for flexibility), guides your staff through our current art installation, and ultimately flow down the elegant staircase and 20ft ceiling second floor of the gallery for your all hands on corporate presentation for the first half of your day. Natural light filters through our skylight and outdoor patio. A catering setup station is provided for your convenience. There is an additional meeting conference room for breakouts. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My team loved how beautiful this space is! We are a group of Engineers so it was lovely to be in the midst of art as a change of pace. Charity was amazing in helping me get the things I needed for my event (renting some furniture, catering options, etc.) and even helped me with day of items such as setting up the food and helping me with trash! My team would love to use this space again!

We absolutely loved this space! This contemporary art gallery combined intricate, colorful artworks with a very modern and sophisticated space full of natural light, that both captivated our guests and made them feel at ease. We were a short-term rental and hosted a meeting for ~20 guests in the downstairs portion of the gallery. Charity was a delight to work with, very responsive and accommodating, working with me to arrange the space to best suit our group and making sure we had everything we needed for our morning to run smoothly. I would love to book again!

Where do I begin with how amazing Charity and her team are? I just wrapped a multiple-day team offsite at Chandran Gallery and the space was a HUGE hit with my team of 70. The space itself is amazing -- the layout is open, the lighting is great, and the space overall is very energizing and conducive to creative thinking. Charity was such a pleasure to work with as well. She was so helpful, accommodating, and responsive -- our event wouldn't have been the same without her! The space is absolutely lovely and the staff, Charity in particular, was a dream to work with. It's so hard to find space near Union Square during the JP Morgan conference in January but we are so lucky that the Chandran Gallery was available and they were so accommodating with all of our requests. They recommended a caterer who produced some amazing items and I heard only good things from everyone who attended about the space and the event itself. Everything was handled when we walked in the door and it took us very little time to pack everything up when we left. Charity was very accessible in the months even leading up to the event and I was able to stop by and see the space long before our event. I'm hoping that they're available next year and beyond so we can keep hosting in this fabulous space!
