This venue is perfect for presentation or workshop. It is beautiful, roomy, bright and centrally located. Chris is awesome. He was very helpful and friendly. I would rent this venue again.
Chris was very nice and kindly explained all details about the venue. We had an orientation and a welcome dinner for our clients from Japan. We had very comfortable time there. Would love to use here again.
Great space, very open! We crammed 60 people in the space for 3 days and had thin tables brought in that each attendee sat at. The acoustics in the room are so good that speakers preferred to not use the mic. We were allowed to use the chairs, most of which are very reasonably comfortable, ever after multiple days. The lighting in the space was so beautiful that we turned off the lights in the room by the end of the second day and just enjoyed the natural light while presenting and doing group break-outs (again, a little snug for 60 people). The temperature stayed around 73 degrees with the A/C on, I recommend opening the windows at the back of the room as often as possible (we did only during breaks as the street noise would echo through the room if we left them open during our sessions). All our attendees entered through the back downstairs on Fell St, and because it remains locked for security reasons, we used the limitation as a way to make sure all attendees arrived back from breaks on time (or else they'd be locked out). It was really useful to have the side room for some attendees to take private calls. The noise from events that Amazon (currently occupying the space next to this one) put on never bothered us -- we only heard them a handful of times during the 3 days clapping or otherwise. Bathrooms were never a problem. Steven helped us out on-site for the 3 days, he was so great to work with -- I have so many compliments and gratitude to send his way.
