This 2,400 SF creative East Austin warehouse space is perfect for the following gatherings: indoor gatherings and events workshops dinner parties cocktail, corporate dinner and holiday parties meet-ups/networking seminars meetings art shows fashion shows photoshoots pop-up retail and trunk shows concerts SXSW East Austin Studio Tour A variety of tables, chairs, couches, projector, projector screen and high speed wi-fi are provided in the rental rate. Please let us know your specific furniture and AV requirements, as you may need to rent additional furniture and equipment. Paid street parking is available. Limited off-street paid garage parking is available as well. We also have multiple restrooms, shelving, mini-fridge, overhead speakers for music (connect our iPad or use your own device), white board and lots of natural light. We are next door to Brew + Brew so it's a breeze to grab coffee, bagels and craft beer. As an added bonus, East 6th is only a block away and Downtown is within walking distance! Pricing starts at $175/hour for events, and varies during peak seasons like SXSW and holidays. If interested, please send us more details about your event, so that we can provide exact pricing. Note: Cleaning fee is per day, so if you book more than one day at a time, you will incur this fee for each day.
This is a space rental only, no coordination services are included. Renters are responsible for managing every aspect of the event, including but not limited to decor, additional furniture, bar tools, managing the catering, etc. You cannot arrive early or stay late without prior approval. If you do, an additional fee and penalties will apply as outlined in the Peerspace guidelines. Alcoholic beverages must be served by TABC certified bartender(s). You can supply your own or we can hire one here at a rate of $30/hour (3 hour minimum). A minimum of two bartenders is required for parties with mixed drinks and over 50 people. Public events must have all required permits, including food and alcohol, if either will be served. Event insurance may be required for large scale and/or public events. Please remember to review Peerspace policies prior to booking and include any hours needed for set-up and takedown in your reservation.
The space is large and the beautiful, but the layout wasn't ideal for my event. I reserved everything from out of town, so I wasn't able to stop by and take a look. I also had a very poor experience working with the host and furniture reservations team. People were rude and unresponsive which was particularly difficult as I tried to coordinate from out of town. I like the space enough that I would consider booking again with low expectations in terms of service.
Venue was superb. Right next to Brew + Brew coffee shop so very convenient to grab coffee/drinks/food for your meeting. Space is very clean and a great collaborative, creative area. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.
We loved the space and it was a PERFECT fit for what we were looking to create. The staff was friendly, helpful, and Amberly and Jessamyn did their best to make sure our event was a success. Thanks ladies! #CatalyzeCourage
We absolutely loved this space! We rented it out for a 50 person wedding celebration and everyone had a great time. Almost every person who attended commented on how lovely the venue is! This is a MUST if you're planning an event in the area. Amberly was professional, fun, and quick to respond to any questions we had.
We rented out this space for a teacher workshop of about 30 people. Amberly was very responsive, helpful and accommodating to our group. The space was creative and we got so many compliments from our attendees for hosting at such a cool venue.
We booked the space for our annual company party. We had about 40 people come for food, drinks, and a casino night. The space was great. Very unique and suited our purpose well. Amberly was very helpful. She radiates calm and I'd love to see her in action as an event planner (we didn't book her for those services)! She answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was very affordable and well worth it! We used the bartender Amberly works with and she was lovely. There was a little hiccup with bar tools (we didn't have a corkscrew or anything) because I misunderstood what we needed to provide the bartender with for her to do her job. Even with that, though, Amberly was great and helped us get things sorted as best we could. I'd just make sure you clarify exactly what you'll need before the event if you are providing your own alcohol and using Amberly's bartender.
This space is fantastic. Large, open, with lots of different furniture to arrange to our liking! There's a nice bar area for food + drinks. Amberly has been fantastic to work with - she's super helpful and always has everything perfect when we arrive!
The space was beautiful and could easily be transformed into what we needed. Amberly was so accommodating and made everything as hassle free as possible (which is never as an easy feat for our group). I would definitely recommend this space to anyone - my team was happy and that is all that matters!
