For events up to 60 people price per hour is $185; for events up to 80 people, price per hour is $205. ** Events administrator will be mandatory for day time events (until 5pm) and will be charged as a separate fee. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care. Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession. PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO: - Move furniture - Turn on or change air conditioners - Operate Equipment LIABILITY: The owner of the space and any of its associates, employees and family are neither responsible nor liable for any accident, injury or damage sustained or the premises. Furthermore the client/tenant will be solely responsible for the care and safekeeping of all property brought to, or left in, the studio, office, or elsewhere in the building and the client/tenant will be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property occurring as a result of the client/tenant use of our space. Client/tenant agrees to hold harmless the owner of the space against any and all claims arising out of or relating to client/tenant use of the space. If client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
Eduard was an incredible host - so accommodating and went out of his way to be gracious and helpful. The space itself is super cool. Everyone at the party was so impressed and kept commenting on how awesome the set up was! I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a hip spot for their next event!

Simply put - I couldn't have asked for a better space or host. Eduard was incredibly prompt with all responses and extremely helpful, accommodating, and super friendly! He was very flexible with scheduling time for me to visit and preview the space in advance of my event and was at the space the day of to help set up and ensure things were going smoothly. Due to the hours of my event, we needed a doorman and Eduard's go-to guy Simeon was phenomenal - really chill but kept everything in order and attended to all needs throughout the night. The space itself is beautiful and spacious. The plants, lighting, huge windows, and two-level loft layout create a great atmosphere appropriate for a wide variety of events - meetings, shoots, parties, I could go on. A+ space, A+++ service - am already trying to think of another reason to host an event at this space :)
