Our space is an airy and bright 1600SF loft in downtown Manhattan perfect for unique client meetings and creative off-site retreats. Though a commercial space, we've designed our loft to feel like your home away from home, with a table for 24 and a living room with 65" TV for break out sessions and presentations. Included in off-site rentals is coffee, tea and water all day. We are a full service event space stocked with top of the line kitchenware (Le Creuset, All-Clad, Kitchenaid, Vitamix) Limonges porcelain china, glassware, silverware, napkins, decor, etc, all of which are included in the rental rate. Every event is unique and customized for you. Our chefs can provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, wine happy hour and cooking demos for your group or you can order in a casual meal from one of the many nearby restaurants. We are located in Little Italy within minutes of the 6, N, R, Q, J, B and D trains, many parking lots, restaurants, wine shops and speciality markets.
- We can accommodate up to 26 for a seated meal or up to 40 for a standing event. - Our minimum rental for an event is 6 hours, which includes set up and break down time and an event time of 3.5-4 hours. Additional time can be added hourly. - Our space is designed to feel like home so please treat it as if it is a good friend's home. - All extra decor must be approved (no sparkler, glitter, holes/tape on walls) - Cleaning is included in the rental, but every event must be staffed by our preferred staffing company (additional cost). Staff arrive an hour before guests arrive and stay 30 minutes after guests leave to break down the party. - Guests may only cook in the kitchen as part of a cooking class - trust us, you want to enjoy your party too to leave it to one of our amazing chefs! - Outside chefs are welcome, but must speak with us about the menu and house rules. Additional staffing fee may apply. - Wine and beer only - no hard liquor. - No smoking or illegal substances. - All events must end by midnight.
Great space for a video shoot (and it looks pretty great for a private event). Easy load in, lots of on site props for the kitchen. Grace was easy going and good to work with. We will definitely be back.
Grace and Matthew were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never worked with a more accommodating, friendly and understanding crew in my professional work experience thus far. They are logistical experts and were so very insightful. The venue itself is gorgeous and completely fit my client's needs for their event. I highly recommend this venue if you're looking to execute an outstanding event for yourself or a client.
This space was perfect for our event!!! The service was exceptional and Grace was beyond responsive. We had a private dinner for 20 people and the space could not have been more perfect. It was extremely helpful that the space had everything in house. The only thing we brought in were our own menus, directional signs and florals. However, they can print basic directionals as well, we just wanted to personalize them. I booked the space from San Francisco, which can be hard without seeing it in person, but it ended up being a true success. I would recommend this space to anyone and everyone! The only small issue was that the floors are very loud. Since this was an intimate dinner, you could hear anyone walking around the place. We also paid a flat fee for sommelier services and had 10 bottles leftover. Other than that, it was perfect for us and I would 110% book again. Thanks to Grace and the team, we had an unbelievable event!
This location is totally awesome for either a private or corporate event. It's like being in someone's home that is a cool NYC loft. Grace was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend this location.
