This Malibu estate is a beautiful residential space boasting over 3000 sq/ft with panoramic ocean views from every room in the house. Truly a tropical paradise in the middle of Los Angeles, you'll feel that you are on the Italian Coast or in Hawaii. Floor to ceiling windows span across the entire home, offering tons of natural light in every room. Other unique features include wood and marble floors throughout, huge white walls, architectural angles, ocean view terraces off of every room, gorgeous wooden doors, outdoor spaces with tropical plants, euro-modern & antique furnishings. The open spaces can be easily transformed to your preference. We've successfully hosted all types of productions in this dynamic space and would love to host your next photo shoot or film shoot here! OTHER AREAS SPECIFIC FOR PRODUCTION: The upstairs office off of the main living space has rolling racks, a mirror, and a bathroom often used as a dressing room. It also has a separate outside entrance so it will not disturb any production activities taking place at the main entrance. DINING AREAS: In addition there are several table/meeting areas throughout the house inside and outside, all with 180 degree ocean views. The dining room features a 9 person marble conference/dining table, the living room features an 8 person rosewood dining table next to a grand fireplace, the upper terrace features a 4 person round table with a round outdoor lounge bed, and the bottom terrace features two sets of 4 person round tables. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We offer an array of special services to help tailor your production to your needs. Please note that these additional services are not included in the day rate and will be billed separately on top of the day rate. Some services include catering services, server & bartender staffing, decorative and floral services, janitorial services, entertainment, transportation, lighting & equipment and many more. And if you need something special, just ask! We want your experience to be the best that it can be! LOCATION Located in Malibu, California next to "Billionaire Beach", only 30 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and the Valley and 15 minutes from Santa Monica. An empty lot next door and street parking. There are usually about 20 + parking spaces available on our street as it is usually empty. The house itself has two available parking spaces in the driveway. SPACE DETAILS: -Architectural Modern furnished with European Modern and Antique Furniture -Panoramic ocean and palmtree views from every room -High Ceilings: Entrance and Living room has 25 ft tall ceilings/ 13 ft ceilings everywhere -Lofty atmosphere/ furniture can easily by moved around to one’s preference -Outdoor & Indoor Areas -Sits next to an empty lot -Ample Street Parking 1st level (STREET LEVEL) - Front Door Outside Area with 13ft Tall Front Door - Entrance Hall with 25ft ceilings - Living Room with 25 ft ceilings - Dining Room - Kitchen with 25ft ceilings - Guest Bathroom - Office which also has a separate entrance (which can be turned into a dressing room area) - Outdoor Terrace with 4 person table, umbrella, and chaise lounge - Small Outdoor Garden from Office - Driveway (fits 2 cars) 2nd level (DOWNSTAIRS) - Master Bedroom opens onto outdoor terrace - Master Bath opens into Master Bedroom with Sliding - Glass Doors (pink marble) - Den with hundreds of books on shelves lining walls - Guest Bedroom - Guest Bathroom - 2 Outdoor Terraces - Outdoor Garden
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS • Renter must have certificate of insurance for additional insured and loss payee under renter’s comprehensive general liability policies, unless other arrangements have been made. • Comprehensive general liability must be in an amount not less than: $1,000,000/1,000,000 Bodily Injury Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage Liability RESPONSIBILITY • Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the host and/or parent company, and/or subsidiaries, and/or affiliated companies from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses, and lawsuits, including those incurred as a result of contributory negligence of the host • Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the host and/or parent company, and/or subsidiaries, and/or affiliated companies for any injuries sustained or incurred by ANY person — whether or not said person or persons is employed by Renter or The Host — regardless of whether injuries are sustained as a result of contributory negligence of The Host. • Renter assumes full responsibility for loss and/or damage to any property or equipment — whether belonging to The Host, crew members, talent or others — from whatever cause during this agreement. The Host is not responsible for articles left behind by Renter. • Renter shall cover Loss of Income equal to the base rental rate of lost/damaged property or equipment multiplied by the number of days required to repair or replace lost/damaged item. • The Host will not be held liable for missing packages. All packages and/or deliveries sent to your production through a 3rd party (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) will be checked in and held in our space. All packages must be retrieved and signed out by client. All packages left behind by client for 3rd party pickup, must be signed in by the location manager. • The renter shall be responsible for the restoration to original condition in the event of permanent alteration, paint, construction for an event. • No smoking is allowed on the premises. • In deference to neighbors, doors will be closed and volume moderated at 12am. CONDITION • Renter agrees to accept the Facility in its “as-is” condition. RENTAL TIMES • All rentals adhere to the specified dates and times, and are not to exceed 12 hours in a single day except by prior arrangement. • The location opens at 6am on any first day of your production rental. Your production may not run past 1am on your last day of rental except by prior arrangement. You are responsible for costs incurred if The Host is not able to prep the location in time for the following day’s production start time due to your overstay.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was the perfect location for our off-site executive meeting. The view is undeniably beautiful and the perfectly placed conference table helps take it in all day long.

As the other reviews mention, the view from this space is unreal. The pictures here do not do it justice! Pamela was also very easy to work with and communicative. Overall a great experience!

This location was beautiful, the pictures dont even do it justice. The house is positioned perfectly in front of an ocean view and the owner was incredibly helpful! I highly recommend it!
