Spectacular East Village Townhouse

Huge space (over 2,500 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village. House has massive outdoor patio garden which is accessed through the kitchen. I bought this house in 1996 and completely renovated it in 2003. It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and atriums and skylights inside; outside a 720 sq. ft. patio garden with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. The living room has a fireplace and dining room table that seats 8-10 (which can be used as a "boardroom"). Modern kitchen has bar seating with 5 stools and banquette seating for an additional 5. The house is perfect to break teams/groups up into small groups and make use of various spaces. Kitchen has top of the line appliances. There's also a BBQ in the garden and a table outside that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. Additional table and chairs in storage can be used. House has central air, wifi, a fireplace as well as speakers throughout including in the backyard which allows you to play music through your phone using the Bluetooth. Whiteboard available. Local street parking is usually easy to find. Set up and break down need to be included in your booking time. When booking please make sure you allow yourself enough time to get the space ready for your event + time to break down and leave the house in good shape. Early arrivals will be accommodated within a 15 minute window without an additional charge. Late departures will be charged after a 15 minute grace period from the official booking stop. The price increases accordingly for groups greater than 30.
