Our venue is the perfect customizable canvas for corporate events, pop up shops, fashion shows, product launches presentations, photo shoots, film projects and private parties. Spaces can be rented individually or altogether. *Booking of this space is subject to additional fees depending on clients needs.
NON EXCLUSIVE USE: We will determine the number of Events to be operated simultaneously in our building. We do not guarantee you sole use of the building except the location(s) as indicated above. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: - The Client agree to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations. - No food or drinks besides water are allowed in the working space. - No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company. - No bicycles are allowed inside. - No smoking. - Do not tamper with the Illuminated Exit. They must be visible at all times. - Do not prop the front door open under any circumstances. - No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals) - Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT Pianos and all provided furniture should be treated with care. PLEASE do not put any coats, food, drinks, bags, etc on top of the pianos and its stools. Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
