Our 4000 square foot industrial winery provides an intimate setting with barrels and stainless steel tanks as the backdrop for your event. The winery has many amenities such as a 12'x16' stage for musicians or presenters, a 500 square foot landscaped courtyard and patio with fire pit, and ample parking. There is hi speed internet, professional PA system, Bar/lounge furniture, and an attached 800 square foot Modern Art Gallery available for use for all events at the winery. SITE MANAGEMENT (Required): We require a minimum of two (2) Site Managers for up to 100 people ($30/hour, each) to be on site during each event. In the case of between 100-175 we may require additional staffing. Together they will oversee guest arrival and check-in, ensure that our equipment is working effectively, that outside vendors understand the equipment, and that the property is being respected. ADDITIONAL FEES FOR OPTIONAL AMENITY: In-house sound system w/ tech $200-600, depending on needs of full band or just DJ system. House tables and chairs to seat up to 100 guests, with no linens $250 Standard location rental for up to 100 guests includes the costs for its amenities and the required janitorial/trash hauling, kitchen use, and furniture set up. This does not include your other essential event services like catering, bar-tending, coordinator/planner, additional table and chair rentals, linens, flowers any other rented items, etc.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
