EVENT INSURANCE Additional event insurance is required prior to entering the facility. There are several companies that provide one-day event insurance policies, and we need to be listed as “additional insured.” We are happy to provide you a referral or feel free to contact Peerspace Customer Support for assistance (firstname.lastname@example.org) CLEANING Please confirm with any/all hired staff or furniture rental companies that the studio will be left in the same condition it was provided. Additional cleaning charges may apply if space requires further attention. FURNITURE/EQUIPMENT RENTALS We have an event rental company we've used before and are happy to connect you. Typically professional caterers can carry the permit for you, but please ask. We do not provide a sound system, but you are welcome to rent or bring your own. GUESTS: We do require you know all of your guests. Open to the public parties, event, pop-ups, etc. are not allowed. ACCESS TO BLDG Building closes at 6:45pm M-SAT (all day closed on Sunday), therefore a doorman (professional or someone you trust) must be present to monitor guests coming and going. The doors are never to be left opened or unattended. It is absolutely prohibited to prop the door open for your guests.
I held a corporate off-site here, and the venue was perfect. Caren and Kristen were very helpful and timely in describing the space, helping to understand my needs, and quickly troubleshooting the Wifi connection with me. All of my colleagues were impressed and asked how they could rent out the space for their own events. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
