Typically professional caterers can carry the permit for you, but please ask. We do not provide a sound system, but you are welcome to rent or bring your own. GUESTS: We do require you know all of your guests. Open to the public parties, event, pop-ups, etc. are not allowed. ACCESS TO BLDG Building closes at 6:45pm M-SAT (all-day closed on Sunday), therefore a doorman (professional or someone you trust) must be present to monitor guests coming and going. The doors are never to be left opened or unattended. It is absolutely prohibited to prop the door open for your guests. No smoking within the facility.

Caren and Kristen were very helpful and timely in describing the space, helping to understand my needs, and quickly troubleshooting the Wifi connection with me.
