We specialize in corporate offsite team-building and workshop events, presentations and meetings. Our 600 square foot ground-floor screening room and meeting space can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people, and is conveniently located off the Bedford Avenue L train stop in the heart of Williamsburg. We have an 11 foot wide presentation screen with a hi-def projector and surround sound that's great for any kind of audio/visual presentation including Powerpoint, Skype, videos, etc. Just plug your laptop directly into our A/V system and you can control the presentation yourself from the front of the room. **We book video and photo shoots too! Our table and chair set-up is flexible for different custom layouts (just let us know what you're looking for!). In addition to the screening room/meeting space, we also have an attached bar area that can used for breakfast, lunch, and other breaks throughout the day. STAFF We provide an A/V technician/event manager for the duration of all our events. We are hands-on from start to finish: your event manager will be ready to welcome you at the start of your event, assist with your set up, receive and prep any catering, help with tech needs, and generally be available throughout the duration of your event. CATERING Arrange for your own catering, or ask us for recommendations! Your event manager will be on hand to receive delivery and provide all set up and break down of your catering. LOCATION We're conveniently located 8 blocks from the Bedford Avenue L and 8 blocks from the Marcy Avenue JMZ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We're also just blocks from the Williamsburg bridge, with free street parking plus several nearby parking garages. CATERING You're welcome to arrange for your own food and beverage catering. We're also happy to recommend a variety of local caterers. We can provide alcoholic beverage packages by request (no outside alcohol is allowed). SET UP / BREAK DOWN Please include set up and break down time as part of your rental time. We provide all clean up.
This was an excellent space for a meeting. We had 2 days of offsites here and James was our onsite host. He was super helpful and was there to greet us every morning, made us coffee, received all our caterings and helped us with any setup or tech we needed. The space itself was comfortable with bathrooms outside of this room for good privacy and the extra bar space added a nice seperate room for food and breaks. Would highly recommend this for any offsite meetings.
We did four weeks worth of workshops at Videology and the staff there was extremely thoughtful and attentive the entire time. The space was perfect for our needs and everyone loved having happy hour at the bar at the end of the day. I'll be looking for a reason to come back sometime soon!
Videology was everything we were hoping for and more. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the projector + audio hookups we needed were setup and ready to go and worked perfectly, and we had all the help we needed at every moment. I can’t recommend this space enough!
This space was wonderful! We used it for a film shoot, the staff were so accommodating and friendly with us, the host was delightful and was always available to help with anything we needed. They were super clear about everything we needed to know. The room itself is really nice and the table/chair setup is super flexible. Highly recommend!
