We specialize in corporate offsite team-building and workshop events, presentations and meetings. Our 600 square foot ground-floor screening room and meeting space can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people, and is conveniently located off the Bedford Avenue L train stop in the heart of Williamsburg. We have an 11 foot wide presentation screen with a hi-def projector and surround sound that's great for any kind of audio/visual presentation including Powerpoint, Skype, videos, etc. Just plug your laptop directly into our A/V system and you can control the presentation yourself from the front of the room. **We book video and photo shoots too! Our table and chair set-up is flexible for different custom layouts (just let us know what you're looking for!). In addition to the screening room/meeting space, we also have an attached bar area that can used for breakfast, lunch, and other breaks throughout the day. STAFF We provide an A/V technician/event manager for the duration of all our events. We are hands-on from start to finish: your event manager will be ready to welcome you at the start of your event, assist with your set up, receive and prep any catering, help with tech needs, and generally be available throughout the duration of your event. CATERING Arrange for your own catering, or ask us for recommendations! Your event manager will be on hand to receive delivery and provide all set up and break down of your catering. LOCATION We're conveniently located 8 blocks from the Bedford Avenue L and 8 blocks from the Marcy Avenue JMZ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We're also just blocks from the Williamsburg bridge, with free street parking plus several nearby parking garages. CATERING You're welcome to arrange for your own food and beverage catering. We're also happy to recommend a variety of local caterers. We can provide alcoholic beverage packages by request (no outside alcohol is allowed). SET UP / BREAK DOWN Please include set up and break down time as part of your rental time. We provide all clean up.
Videology was everything we were hoping for and more. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the projector + audio hookups we needed were setup and ready to go and worked perfectly, and we had all the help we needed at every moment. I can’t recommend this space enough!
This space was wonderful! We used it for a film shoot, the staff were so accommodating and friendly with us, the host was delightful and was always available to help with anything we needed. They were super clear about everything we needed to know. The room itself is really nice and the table/chair setup is super flexible. Highly recommend!
The space was great! Perfect for an interactive offsite for a small company. It had all the amenities we needed, was super clean and Wendy even had water out for all of us. We would totally use this space again! Wendy was always very responsive and organized and attentive.

This was honestly the best location that we could have hosted our company offsite. We are a company of around 30 people and we used the space on Tuesday for a full day of company sessions. The space was so cozy and intimate. Wendy was an amazing host - she helped with every little detail that we needed including setup, breakdown, catering, and all other questions we had along the way. We would love to book this space in the future for events! Highly recommend!
I booked this space for a work meeting and was blown away by how perfect everything was.
