The property manager will greet you upon arrival to walk you through the space, and answer any questions you my have, to make your stay more enjoyable. RATES 1 - 5 people $450/hr or $3,600/day 6 - 10 people $500/hr or $4,000/day 7 - 15 people $750/hr or $6,000/day Discounts available to qualified non-profits, last minute bookings, and multi-day or multi-space reservations. RULES - No smoking permitted inside the home or on the building premises. - No animals or pets are permitted, no exceptions. - No scooters, ride-on toys, bikes or skateboards are not allowed inside the home. CONDITION - You understand that the property previously established via communication is BOOKED AS IS. - Guest agrees to pay a cleaning fee of $300 - Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of $1,500 will be held in case of damages to the home and other incidentals. The security deposit will be returned in full provided the following provisions are met: - No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. - No furniture, glassware, dinnerware, silverware, kitchenware, is lost or damaged. - In the event damages occur the guest must report them with in 24 hours. - The tenants agree that the owner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
