800 sq ft event venue/art gallery minutes from downtown in the heart of South Austin in the Thornton Road Studio Complex conveniently located between South First and South Lamar. The space is capable of hosting small to medium sized events including meetings, workshops, exhibitions, celebrations, fundraisers and much more. This unique, old school Austin space is home to the work of National Geographic Image Collection Photographer, Greg Davis. His work will be on the walls of the space during your event unless you are renting the space for your own exhibition (additional cost to uninstall the works). The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink, prep space, and a coffee maker (coffee not included). Full bathroom with shower. Wifi, hi definition projector/screen with surround sound for presentations or slide shows. Comfortable couches, up to 18 folding chairs and/or up to 4 folding tables can be added on and rented during check out, linens not provided. Self check-in with lock box code to be shared via Peerspace messaging the day of arrival. ***Prices and minimum rental times may vary during peak periods such as SXSW (March), F1 (October) and Austin City Limits Music Festvial (October) Easy to pull up and unload for your event. A load in and parking space directly outside of studio. Also plenty of street parking on Thornton Road south of the studios and in the warehouse complex directly behind the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This cool little studio was the perfect spot for the small wedding shower my sister and I hosted for our nephew and his fiance. We had about 20 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone. The casual vibe worked well with our theme and we liked the industrial, small business feel of the complex. The studio is much bigger than it looks in the pictures but if you need more room there is a garage door that opens so you can expand the space plus let in some natural light. Greg was super easy to work with and responded quickly to every question. Would highly recommend for your next small gathering.

This is a great space! It has everything you would need to host a small party and the vibe is great with all the beautiful photography displayed on the walls.
