All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This historic Victorian Mansion appears in dozens of international catalogs and commercials. It is just beautiful, with grand rooms, and 12 foot ceilings. The mansion is full of gorgeous original art, fine furniture and oriental rugs. Outside are exceptional gardens, with many seating areas, and plants rarely seen elsewhere. Rental includes two dining rooms, two grand foyers, massive living room, huge kitchen, and outdoor gardens. *Guests must be inside by 9 pm, as this is a residential neighborhood*. There are also many bedrooms. Some can be provided on request, pending discussion of their use.

Driveway easily fits 3-4 big cars, and street parking is easy. If on-site parking is imperative, please write me in advance with the details of what you need.
General Rules
1) Please plan to clean up after yourselves, or cleaning services can be provided for a fee, if you let me know in advance. 2) No smoking. 3) Valid Government ID required. 4) Security deposit required for any events extending beyond 9 pm. $1,000 - $2,000, depending on nature of event. Deposit is Fully refundable as long as no damage, excessive noise, and check in / check out times are abided. Peerspace policy (at time of this writing) is that security deposits are processed outside of Peerspace. Venmo and other services will be accepted.

Booked a music video at the location and boy did it deliver! The mansion looked even better in person, beautiful details, high ceilings, stained glass doors, and great furnishings. The host EJ was very cool too and was accommodating for us. Definitely recommend!

Great communication with the host. He was very accommodating. I went the day before to location scout and it was great to discuss the furniture and decor in the home. We ended up using a stunning chair and painting in this home for our production shoot. The large doorways and high ceilings make this property an easy yes for productions. I covered the floors with moving blankets and drop cloths to protect the floor from our equipment and would recommend other productions do the same so this piece of history can be preserved. We would definitely shoot at this location again.

EJ was excellent to work with. He communicated with me during the entire process of the booking and was very responsive. The space is gorgeous and truly a hidden gem. We utilized the location for an RNB music video shoot and it exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend EJ and the mansion!
