This historic Victorian Mansion appears in dozens of catalogs, including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and other national brands. It is just beautiful, with grand rooms, and 12 foot ceilings. The grand space is full of gorgeous original art, fine furniture and oriental rugs. At least some of the furniture has changed since these pictures were posted. The kitchen is large, including a restaurant size sink, all very useful for big meetings.

This space is amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice. We rented it for a small video shoot and had so much to work with. Very spacious and beautiful detailing. It is fantastic as is, but as another reviewer had mentioned, it would be a whole other thing if it ever were fully restored. Would definitely recommend this space and would rent again.

The home is amazing and I wish we had more time to utilize more of it. We were only there for a few hours for a meeting. I would love to see it restored to it's glory days. It would be wonderful for a family reunion where everyone could stay in one place or something like this. We had fun cooking out team lunch together in the kitchen. EJ was very responsive and accommodating.

The Victorian House is elegant, well-furnished and has nice artwork and other decorative treatments. The host, however, was difficult to work with, because he chose to book 3 events (including my event) at this property that were within 1 to 2 hours of each other. The result was that cleaning was not completed by the time my rental began and cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners and brooms were still in the main corridor after guests began to arrive. The host knew that the booking of these events so close together would be problematic as he asked me (once my booking and payment were complete) if I would allow his cleaning staff to clean upstairs during my event. As I paid the full hourly rate of $300 per hour (even though I only needed the first level of the house), I told him that we did not want cleaning staff to be walking through the parts of the house that we were using. He became persistent and demanding about allowing the cleaning to take place, saying I did not appreciate how large the venue was, that it was unlikely I would hear the cleaning staff, etc. It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with him.
