About the Space

This historic Victorian Mansion appears in dozens of international catalogs and commercials. It is just beautiful, with grand rooms, and 12 foot ceilings. The mansion is full of gorgeous original art, fine furniture and oriental rugs. Outside are exceptional gardens, with many seating areas, and plants rarely seen elsewhere. Rental includes two dining rooms, two grand foyers, massive living room, huge kitchen, and outdoor gardens. *Guests must be inside by 9 pm, as this is a residential neighborhood*. There are also many bedrooms. Some can be provided on request, pending discussion of their use.

Booked a music video at the location and boy did it deliver! The mansion looked even better in person, beautiful details, high ceilings, stained glass doors, and great furnishings. The host EJ was very cool too and was accommodating for us. Definitely recommend!

Great communication with the host. He was very accommodating. I went the day before to location scout and it was great to discuss the furniture and decor in the home. We ended up using a stunning chair and painting in this home for our production shoot. The large doorways and high ceilings make this property an easy yes for productions. I covered the floors with moving blankets and drop cloths to protect the floor from our equipment and would recommend other productions do the same so this piece of history can be preserved. We would definitely shoot at this location again.
