Epic Victorian Mansion - 2,000 square feet of historical landmark

This historic Victorian Mansion appears in dozens of international films, commercials and catalogs. It is just beautiful, with grand rooms, and 12 foot ceilings. The grand space is full of gorgeous original art, fine furniture and oriental rugs. The base rate rental is for most of the first floor, with many large, elegant rooms, perfect for filming. Extensive Garden + Grounds Two dining rooms Two foyers Living room One bathroom No bedrooms (UNLESS discussed and agreed in advance, in writing). OTHER SPACES POSSIBLY AVAILABLE, PLEASE INQUIRE PLEASE NOTE: 1) Please respect that people live in the mansion. They will do all they can not to interfere with your work. This requires clear communications as to your needs. 2) Due to ongoing improvements, and the challenges of constantly updating photos, decor may differ from posted photos. 3) No violence may be depicted on the property. Nudity is allowed. Graphic sex scenes are not. 4) The kitchen is not available. It is reserved for use of the residents. 5) While your rental allows access to the several rooms stated, you may use up to TWO rooms at a time. This enables you to have one room on camera, while the crew is in an adjacent room off camera. You may not "take over" three rooms at a time. 6) Do not go upstairs. SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit equal to the GREATER OF $500, or the rental amount (up to $2,000), is required. It must be sent by Venmo, or Zelle, at least the day before you arrive. It will be fully refunded as long as there is no damage, no excessive cleaning required, and house rules are followed: HOUSE RULES - No smoking / vaping and no cigarette butts left behind. - only the number of people stated in reservation. - Follow check in and check out time. - Only use rooms allowed - Clean up after yourselves Please plan to clean up after yourselves, or cleaning services can be provided for a fee if necessary. No using showers, or getting on or inside beds FOOD AND BAR *Beverages: License required. *Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all full-day rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Production Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Productions (ie: large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you.
