Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our 250 person company recently had our Anniversary party at Hotel Zephyr and I cannot begin to say enough good things about the space and the hotel. Marlana and Naja who work for the hotel were absolutely flawless in executing our event. They responded to all emails quickly and thoroughly, and always had upbeat positive attitudes. The venue is big and spacious, with tons of activities. Our company is still raving about how fun our event was! I highly recommend this venue for any and all corporate events!!
