Outside in The Yard, an 8,000-square-foot outdoor lounge and event space located in the heart of the property. Spirited travelers are also encouraged to enjoy the imaginative take on nostalgic past times such as life-size Connect Four, as well as one-of-a-kind fire pits made using recycled soda cans and San Francisco’s largest periscope. This space brings a new dimension and spirited twist to upscale accommodations and engaging open spaces in the Golden Gate City’s Fisherman’s Wharf. Having recently undergone a $32 million renovation, the space debuted in June 2015 with a modern and playful maritime take on the energetic and upscale vibe that defines San Francisco. We offer food and beverage services via our preferred vendor list. Any outside catering would have to go through a pre-approval process before being allowed on the property. Please note that prices are subject to change for Friday, Saturday and Holiday Rentals. There is also a $250.00 fee for rearranging any major furniture pieces.

Our 250 person company recently had our Anniversary party at Hotel Zephyr and I cannot begin to say enough good things about the space and the hotel. Marlana and Naja who work for the hotel were absolutely flawless in executing our event. They responded to all emails quickly and thoroughly, and always had upbeat positive attitudes. The venue is big and spacious, with tons of activities. Our company is still raving about how fun our event was! I highly recommend this venue for any and all corporate events!!
