  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

This meeting room is suitable for teams up to 12. This space is 290 square feet. The building is located near the 10 and 405 freeways. The surrounding area provides a CoffeeBean, Starbucks, Zanku Chicken, Fatburger, and Patina Cafe. Just a few minutes away is a variety of dining, shopping, movie theaters, a performance hall, art museum, and improv performance location. Metered parking is available, as well as bus stops just outside the building. LAX International Airport is 30 minutes from the building, while the Santa Monica Airport is only 11 minutes away. The lobby offers a C+M (Coffee and Milk) Cafe and free fitness center. There is an electric car charging station on site, and the views are incredible. There are many different views visible from the different executive suites and conference rooms. The views include the skyline of Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, and Hollywood.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was such a lovely space! The view was amazing. It was clean, easy to find and quiet. Will absolutely rent this again!
