Please note the space is now SEMI-PRIVATE. There is an enclosed conference room that holds 6 people which is PRIVATE, but the living room area that seats 6-8 and the conference table seating 6 are in the open part of the space and there are 3 desks on the other side that may be occupied, so its similar to being at WeWork. Have your offsite in a pleasant studio with high ceilings and great views. This 1,000 sq foot office is perfect for meetings, brainstorming sessions, and/or presentations. When it's time to relax, feel free to break out the board games or play a game of corn hole. An outside deck area is accessible to take a break and get some fresh air. There is also a micro office for five people that can be closed off from the rest of the space if you find yourself in need of a private area. We have a variety of drinks stocked in the refrigerator at cafe prices (we'll bill you at end of rental through peerspace). Food delivery is easy to our location, and coffee bar is on the bottom floor (www.coffeebarsf.com). There is limited free street parking which opens up in the evening after 5 pm, but relatively easy up to 8:30am. There are parking meters at the corner of Bryant and Mariposa. Lot 70 is the closest paid parking lot located on 17th and Shotwell St., or take your chances parking at the Safeway Center on Bryant and 16th. We have a 40 inch TV Monitor with HDMI inputs and apple TV that is moveable on wheels, projector, and a moveable whiteboard for presentations. There are 3 meeting areas; 1. a living room for relaxed group meetings up to 7 people. 2. Conference table with 6 seats 3. Enclosed glass office can accommodate a private meeting for 5 people. 18 people maximum . Rentals are a 6 hour minimum for any time slot you prefer. Any time over our agreed booking will be charged at 1.5 x hourly rate. The space is located at 1890 Bryan Street at Mariposa in the Mission, one block from Tartine Manufactory.
Guests are not permitted in the upstairs loft area. This office is located in a building full of working artists and we do ask that loud noise be kept to a minimum. Smoking is not permitted in the space, in the building or on the deck. No pets are allowed in the building. All rentals include set up and clean up time. Bathrooms: in hallway, midway between office space and elevator Lock office door even if you are leaving for 5 min. No use of second floor (upstairs) allowed, do not go up the stairs. No meeting, using or congregating in the hallway. Any food/drinks consumed from the premises refrigerator/kitchen will be charged to your bill. Beer $6, other beverages $3. Please DO NOT drink hard alcohol, wine, eat snacks or other foods in the kitchen. You may use the projector, whiteboards, apple monitor etc. Ventilation, on the post to the left of the door are switches to turn on ceiling fans. DO NOT use reverse as damage may occur. When you are done, please close & lock all windows and lock the front door. Return key as instructed, if after hours, lock door and slide key under office door. Please leave the space as you found it, put back all furniture that has been moved, throw all items in trash etc. Keep all noise, music etc. to a respectful level, neighbors are regularly in the building. You may use the outdoor roof deck. No unsupervised children under age of 18 on roof deck. No sports, horseplay or similar activity on roof deck. Do not place anything on the wall outside, on the other side of the glass barrier. People are below and a falling object could critically injure someone.
Perfect space for a small team offsite, on the 4th floor of an artist's warehouse. Great location, exactly as the pictures display. Owners were communicative, friendly and quick. Would absolutely book again.
