All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Need to host a work meeting but be able to unwind after? You've come to the right place. This is a newly remodeled suite (November 2017) and we offer the perfect space to host work functions, networking events or private meetings. We are located a skip and jump from the Ocean, restaurants and shopping centers in Downtown Long Beach. There are 10 chairs in the room so it is a great size for most meetings. Office is equipped with wifi during the duration of your stay, a beautiful glass whiteboard, and a TV for all your AV needs! Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - 6' x 4' glass dry erase board (and markers) - TV with HDMI hookups - Water, coffee, & tea available in kitchen at no additional cost
