The space is ideal for inspiring creativity and productivity, away from a typical corporate environment, and in the heart of the vibrant energy of the city of Seattle. You'll have access to multiple whiteboards, an 80" HDTV, and water service in the Warehouse! FAQ: With the windows all around, is the space private? The walls are not ceiling height, since we are in a loft style building, so it is not completely sound-proof. Do you offer day rates? No, rates are hourly only and depend on availability. Can we have a business retreat on the weekends? Yes, after hours and weekend rentals available upon request, but will include an additional $25 per hour staffing fee. Can we have additional break out space for large groups? Yes, we have a gorgeous lounge area that you can use freely as breakout space for an additional flat fee of $100. What about coffee and catering service? Craft coffee for up to 20 people is a flat rate of $50, if you are big coffee drinkers then we can always provide two rounds of service! For our staff to organize the catering, it will be a $100 fee, but you will get access to amazing discounts we have with our local preferred vendors! MORE ABOUT OUR COWORKING SPACE: We are an expansive 11,000 square foot coworking space in downtown Seattle. Perched on a hill just a few blocks from iconic Pike Place Market, our location is prime in its access to cafes, cocktail bars, shops, and parks. The space is modern and chic, welcoming natural light and a clean open feel. Designed with history and sustainability in mind, we have incorporated many refurbished elements including polished bleacher board floors, salvaged windowpanes and desks made of recycled gym floorboards. Members enjoy access to premium business amenities, conference rooms, telephone booths, large presentation kitchen, and comfortable lounge areas. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Nice customer service at this place. The room was a good fit for us and had plenty of supplies. My only complaint is that is was hot in this room! It is slightly elevated and I think it is hotter than the main floor. Other than that it was a good experience!

This was a beautiful space, exactly as described. It was a little loud at times because of the open floorplan, but we expected that because of other reviews. The staff was SUPER helpful!

Veronica and Makers Workspace were so helpful and lovely to work with! The whole experience was extremely easy and the team loved the coffee and tea service option. The only part that was a little awkward was the lack of complete privacy because the walls don't quite go to the ceiling, so conversations could be overheard, but it sounds like they are building the room out soon, so that shouldn't be an issue moving forward. You won't regret renting this space!

The location was great and the team on the ground was very helpful. We were in "The Shop" and that room, specifically, does get quite warm with 15 people seated, but otherwise, we loved our experience.

We loved the space and the open and natural lighting. Location was perfect. Close to Pike Place Market and there was a parking garage right across the street. Support staff were helpful and super accommodating and friendly! We will definitely look at booking this space again next time we need an offsite location. Towards the end it did get a little noisy, but there was a happy hour going on so understandable and didn't greatly disrupt our meeting.
