The Game Room as a whole consist of two 800 sq. ft spaces divided by a central built-in art wall painted by Julie Coyle Art Associates. Guests can flow from one room to another through two openings. My favorite aspect about this space is that it is directly connected to our 8,000 sq. ft. Shipyard-Chic Yard and allows for guests to freely explore. The Game Room can fit up to 60 people for a seated event and 90 people for a lively standing reception. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We booked this space for our holiday party last night (roughly 50 people) and it turned out wonderful! Everyone loved the space and there were lots of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Julia was fabulous and very responsive and accommodating. She was kind enough to offer to put our company logo on the TV's which was very thoughtful and a nice touch in addition to decorating the space. The only downside is that we couldn't fully enjoy the outside patio area due to the rain.

Julia was fantastic—the space was excellent. We hit a small issue with the catering option where plates and the vegetarian option were missing, and there wasn't enough coffee, but Julia quickly helped us sort it out.
