All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Boutique Art Deco suite located in downtown Santa Monica, ideal for off-site meetings, workshops and planning sessions. The suite features a central meeting room, sunny outdoor patio and award-winning interior design that inspires creativity and collaboration. DON'T BE BASHFUL
Clients are encouraged to contact us anytime with questions and for support planning their event - we're excited to help!
CATERING
Clients are welcome to bring in their food and beverage of their choice. However, if a vendor plans to bring in outside equipment (for example: taco cart, bar, etc.) please let us in advance as additional fees may apply.
PETS
Our space is dog friendly. However, for insurance purposes we require advance notice if anyone attending would like to bring a dog. We will not be able to host a dog without advance notice. Also, if loud barking becomes an issue we reserve the right to ask the furry friend to be taken off premise. (If you have a more exotic pet that you would like to bring in, please contact us to discuss.)
NO SMOKING
This is a smoke-free venue. However, we do allow vaping outside on the adjoining deck and there is an easily accessible smoking area on the ground floor.
OVERTIME
Overtime (early arrival or late departure) is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
FURNITURE
Clients are required to obtain prior permission to move furniture before/during events. Please inquire about our list of items that either cannot be moved or require additional fees.
SPACE ACCESS
We assign staff to support booking for the exact time you have booked our space. If you anticipate needing access earlier or later than the contracted time, please let us know with as much advance notice as possible so that we can arrange to extend your booking and line up staff.
DECORATIONS
Clients may use only use painters or masking tape to affixed items to our walls. Glitter, confetti, etc of any nature are prohibited, and any use will result in an increase in cleaning fee by $100.
AMPLIFIED AUDIO
Use of outside amplified audio is not permitted. We have a robust Sonos system that is included in the rental and allows clients to play any music streaming service through from their phone.
SHARED ENTRYWAY
The suite shares an entryway with our Boutique Offsite Loft and that space is a common area not included in the rental space.
SUPPLIES
We provide: Trash bags, toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap and paper towels. Please make sure to BYO: Flatware, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, napkins, ice etc. If you would like to rent our plates or glassware, please inquire about rental rates.

Wonderful location and GREAT host! Dominick anticipated our every need and provided excellent tech support. Our team of eight needed a location for a strategy meeting where we could work without interruptions. This airy, charming space was a perfect out of office get away. Convenient catering with restaurants in the building. Would definitely book again.

Guys, look no further! If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be! Graham and his team will take care of you! They are very responsive, accommodating and friendly! Any question, or need I had was taken care of! Our host Sherman was so attentive and took great care of us! The karaoke system was so much fun, I can’t wait to do it again! This was the perfect place for my karaoke themed birthday party, everyone said they enjoyed it. Thank you Graham & team for making it a night I’ll never forget!
