Our gorgeous 2,000 ft loft is spread over 2.5 floors with with abundant natural light, easy load-in, a variety of configurations on the main level. We've hosted a wide variety of photo and video shoots: cooking reality shows, interviews, and commercials. All furniture is included in the rental fee and all photos are recent and accurate. :) However, for certain configurations, we do charge a custom set-up fees - please inquire! Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Graham and team's space was perfect for my brother's birthday with family and friends! Not only is the loft spacious and well decorated, but it has a great kitchen for quick prep and serving. Also Graham and team answered all of our questions prior to booking making the planning process really smooth. We really appreciated having someone on site during the party in case anything came up. We would definitely book again!

What a great space for events. 4 of my attendees came up to me and told me they had been here for an event in the past. Dominick was a great host and super helpful. They provide garbage bags and even had a closet full of recyclable utensils, plates, etc. They have a number of add-ons that should provide you anything you might need. We got away without many add-ons, but decided to add a microphone for $75, last minute. It was definitely a must if you have 30+ attendees. The event worked out very well and we couldn't be happier. We'll be back for our kids 1st birthday!
