Sophisticated and equally warm living/dining/kitchen open floor plan has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that maximize exterior bay views, daylight, and traffic flow. This gem of a home has hardwood floors, stainless steel kitchen counter tops and doors, custom oversized spiral staircase, and flush, clean white walls that showcase original art throughout. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This property does NOT come with parking. You can purchase parking from the city, which I can help you with (at cost), and you can park to drop off and pick up equipment. There is a 3' x 3.5' elevator that can be used. *** This location has an 8 hour minimum that is not negotiable. *** This fee includes cleaning before and after your event. *** This is a carry in carry out residence, unless otherwise coordinated (please bring bags and dispose of waste properly, which means not in the neighborhood and at an appropriate facility. *** No smoking on site.
Reminder, there is an 8 hour minimum, unfortunately this is nonnegotiable for anything less. • Any furnishings that are moved must be in the same condition, and left where they were located prior to the event. • If any beds are used they should be stripped. • Any garbage from the event or furnishings should be removed, unless coordinated otherwise. This is a carry in, carry out location and this is a strict policy. Please bring garbage bags and whatever you need to ensure this is a leave no trace experience. • We wish we could be more flexible with booking times, but we need to respect our neighbors. Events at this location need to end by 10PM (clean up beginning at 9PM) on weekends and end by 9PM on weeknights (clean up beginning at 8PM). • Any alcohol served at an event must be handled by 21+ guests as well as proof of all guests being 21+ if alcohol is present. • Smoking is not permitted on or near the home. An outdoor designated location can be provided if you need a limited smoking area. The space was absolutely gorgeous. On top of the location bein a huge plus, Audrey, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was on site and available for any questions. I would totally hold a production here again.
