This is a rental for the entire 6,000 sq ft beautiful workspace gallery that spans across two floors. There are five separate, more intimate rooms for break-out spaces or smaller group meetings. Our mass capacity is 200 people (standing room) and the Theater Gallery (lower level) can accommodate 60-70 people comfortably for seated dinners. The space is nicely designed and laid out. Cafe (separate business) adjacent adds a fun, casual experience. Cafe staff did transit through the venue space over the course of the 2 days we were there which was moderately distracting. But they were very nice and helpful when we needed a carafe, to store a refrigerated item and when the music was a bit too loud. Logistics terms and agreements for venue use, what's actually included (and what's an additional cost) could be better articulated in the venue listing. If you want the space set-up in a particular way, I suggest making sure you communicate that very clearly. Plan to be self-sufficient.
Our team LOVED the space. It was perfect and very conducive to creative and strategic thinking. Katie was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely use this space again!
Great space, great location. Perfect for what we were looking for with the multiple breakout rooms and extra space. The only drawback is people coming in thinking it's part of the coffee shop/ having to use the bathroom.
This space was amazing! There was a lot of room for my guests to mingle and walk around. My guests had not idea that this gem existed and they were fairly surprised at how beautiful this whole space was. Both Katie and her onsite staff were wonderful. They were quick to respond and assist when needed. I will def. recommend to anyone who is looking for a spacious area that is also a hidden gem.
We had a wonderful experience at this venue for our all-day event. Katie, the host, was extremely helpful when I scouted out the venue, and was extremely responsive and communicative and helpful with all requests throughout the process. Venue was just as advertised -- and had lots of character, which we loved. It had sufficient bathrooms and space for our 60+ attendees all day long. We made adjustments throughout the day (asking for fans in the cellar), and staff during the day was always very helpful and responsive when we had such requests. Highly recommended!
