Rules

- No smoking or illicit activities. - All rentals include set up and clean up time. - Please bag all trash (bags are provided) and return furniture back to original position at the end of event. - Please factor in setup and cleanup time in your booking. IMPORTANT: You will be charged 1.5x hourly rate for any early arrivals or late departures in 30 minute intervals OR for bookings outside of our normal hours of operation. Please consider your needs for the day and factor that set-up and wrap-up time into your booking accordingly.

Yes, I would book again.

The space was great - Katie was wonderfully accommodating. We appreciated having the freedom to produce the event of our dreams. Great location. Air conditioning was not quite cool enough but it was also unseasonably hot. All in all we had an excellent experience.

Yes, I would book again.

I cannot recommend Katie and her space highly enough. My partner and I had planned our entire wedding reception at another venue and it fell through three days before the wedding day. Katie came to the rescue and helped us to replan our entire event in her space. She was creative, accommodating, and supportive in making sure our event unfolded seamlessly. The venue is split level which allowed for easy transitions between cocktail hour and a seated meal. The upstairs space is especially bright and spacious and was perfect for our 60 person cocktail hour. Her space also includes tons of cozy conference rooms and a little lounge loft which guests enjoyed using throughout the event and make the space feel very unique. Truly, our wedding would not have been the same without this gorgeous space and Katie's help.

Yes, I would book again.

My group held an offsite team building day here and we were very happy that we chose this venue. Katie was fantastic to work with leading up to event day and was also great the day of. The rest of the staff was very helpful and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely be looking at having another event here in the future.

Yes, I would book again.

Great experience overall even if the people working in the basement were a bit noisy while we were filming. Cafe in the store front is pretty handy and exchange with the owner pretty fast.

The space was in a word, "Amazing". Cynthia was very attentive to our needs. We were able to do a major ad campaign photo shoot and not need an additional location. We were very well taken care of and Cynthia made us feel welcome from the initial contact email and throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this space for anyone having an event in SF. You will not be disappointed. Everyone on our team LOVED the space and all it had to offer. This will be our go to spot for future events in SF. Cynthia, thank you so much, you are the best. This is truly an amazing space, the photos really don't do it justice. Cynthia was a great host + Jeff and Mary too! They made sure we had everything we needed, with clear and concise communication all throughout the planning phase as well as the day of the event. The space has so many different break out areas for us to take advantage of and create something special with. So many of my guests came up to me to tell me how much they loved the space too. The space really allowed for an unforgettable experience for us as the planners as well as all of the attendees that participated.

Yes, I would book again.

What a gorgeous space! It's light and bright and the decor is oh-so stylish. We held a baby shower for our good friend and it was the perfect venue for about 30 of us. We could have easily had double or even triple that number of guests, but even with such a large event space there was still a lot of intimacy. Cynthia was super responsive and all-in-all it was a fabulous experience.
