This is a rental for the entire 6,000 sq ft beautiful workspace gallery that spans across two floors. There are five separate, more intimate rooms for break-out spaces or smaller group meetings. Our mass capacity is 200 people (standing room) and the Theater Gallery (lower level) can accommodate 60-70 people comfortably for seated dinners. This is such a cool space! My company rented both floors for a work event and we were very impressed with the amount of space, the amenities available to us and the over all feel, layout and maneuverability for the day was perfect. Plenty of spaces for breakouts and group work. The café staff was helpful and kept us caffeinated and hydrated and we had an attendant available for all of our needs. Katie helped with all the questions, arranging parking and was very prompt with responding and willing to help at all times. Easy walking from BART!
This space is a hidden gem! We loved working with Katie and her team. Super accommodating with our last minute event and everything was perfect. The onsite manager David was amazing to work with her helped make everything happen smoothly and quickly. We will definitely be back for future events.
We booked this beautiful venue with Katie and to say we were pleased is a complete understatement! This space is amazing. The character of the building is charming and spacious. The art on the walls added some sofistacation to our cocktail attire event. We hosted our Official Heartblaster Clothing Launch Party here and it was a huge success. All of our guest were really impressed with the space. It was so gorgeous all we ready did was add balloons , pink carpet runners, a photo ops, candles, and our clothing details. It was a perfect evening:) We would definitely book again!
Great space for a company offsite with plenty of room to spread out and private spaces for break out sessions. Katie, the host, is amazing and very accommodating. The coffee shop is a huge bonus.
We couldn’t be happier with the space at the Laundry we rented for my husband’s birthday party. The top floor was very spacious for a party of sixty and the space could be glamourized easily with strategically placed lights, decorationions and flowers. Katie the manager was extremely helpful in making suggestions for table placements, decorations, Dj positioning etc. We had a great time- thank you, the Laundry team.
AWESOME VENUE! We booked a full venue buyout for a holiday party which included both floors. Katie was a great help in the pre-planning in getting things arranged and idea for setup. During the actual day, the onsite manager David was of great help and went even further in helping us setup cocktail tables, providing water and ice, managing lights, and getting tables and chairs arranged. Much appreciated. The venue itself is wonderful and great for hosting holiday parties and the likes. It's a partial art gallery, office space, and general open space. The decor of the venue is pretty neat. The full venue definitely helped for about a ~70 person party. The upstairs we used as an "activity hall" and the downstairs as the "banquet dining hall". I would recommend this venue comfortably fits 100 people. The only complaint we had was the trash issue where we had to physically take some of our own trash with us as there were no dumpsters located nearby and the venue charges for excess trash. However overall a great venue, located near a BART station, and I would definitely recommend this venue for any holiday party.
Everyone from our staff just loved this place - it worked out perfectly for our audience. Katie was just a fantastic planner and such a huge help...can not say enough good things about her!
