The property is located in a large residential street with plenty of street parking with no day or time limitations.
Except as provided by law, the renter will not make any alteration, repair or decoration to the Premises without the prior written consent of the venue.
The property may be used for photo/video shoots, and work offsite for executive teams, and am open to other creative uses of the space. No adult film/photo use. Please don't ask. Also no large parties allowed at the property.
A Certificate of Insurance is required to rent the property. Failure to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 24-hour of shoot will result in cancellation of session and forfeiture of 100% of the rental fee.
No fireworks, sparklers, fire producing gags Roman candles, or tricks.
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used to attach or affix anything to the building or surrounding structures or landscaping.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and cleanup time so please keep this in mind when scheduling.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
If additional days are required then additional discounts can be discussed. This beautiful home has nearly 4,000 square feet between its two floors. The space is perfect with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room combination. There are 5 bed rooms and 4.5 bathrooms to create your vision. The pool area has plenty of sunlight throughout the day to give you enough time to create the proper scene. The property has a guest cottage on the land that can be booked with the main house for an additional $900 a day. This guest property has been booked in conjunction with the main house to provide another area to film and create a different scene for the production. This has been a benefit because it allow the team to have there equipment centralized in one location. This property is also listed on my account and is named Warn and Inviting Guest Cottage. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
