All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

DE: Studio Chérie ist ein Fotostudio und Produktion in Berlin Neukölln. Warum nicht ein Fotostudio als Off-Site-Location nutzen? Chérie bietet 350m2 Platz für Ihr Firmenevent, Ihr Off-Site-Meeting, Ihren Workshop oder Ihr kreatives Projekt. Es befindet sich auf zwei Etagen eines hellen und schönen Industrielofts. Studio 1 befindet sich im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug). Stock (mit Aufzug). Es handelt sich um ein 200 m² großes Loft mit Tageslicht und vielseitigen Ess- und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Musik- und Vorführgeräten, die vor Ort verfügbar sind. Studio 2 im 4. Stock bietet 150 m² Platz und ist mit einer offenen Küche und einem Lounge-Bereich ausgestattet, der eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Die Studios können entweder zusammen oder einzeln gemietet werden. Chérie bietet Ihnen einen hauseigenen Bio-Catering-Service, ganz nach Ihren Wünschen. Das Studio Chérie kann natürlich auch für Foto- und Videoproduktionen gebucht werden. Wir bieten auch einen hauseigenen Produktionsservice, einschließlich Art Direction, Location Scouting, Grafikdesign und Set Styling. Why not using a photo studio as off site location? Chérie offers 350m2 of space for your corporate event, off site meeting, workshop or creative project, located on two floors of a bright and beautiful industrial loft. Studio 1 is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). It is a 200sqm daylight loft with versatile dining and seating options as well music and screening equipment is available on site. Studio 2 on the 4th floor offers 150sqm of space and equipped with a open space kitchen and lounge area, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere. The Studios can be rented either together or separately. Chérie provides you with a organic in-house catering service, according to your wishes. Studio Chérie can be of course also booked for photo and video productions. We also offer an own in-house production service, including art direction, location scouting, graphic design and set styling. General Rules

Services & equipment are not included in the hour price. Please contact us four your request, we're happy to make you an offer. Cancellation policy: Full refund of fees for cancellation up to 30 days prior event, 50% refund of fees for cancellation up to 7 day prior event. Please note that our spaces are suitable for companies requests only and till 10pm. Timetables can be discussed in some cases, please feel free to ask us. private events like birthday parties, weddings etc.. will not be accepted.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
