There will be an onsite manager on hand for your event to answer any of your questions and to help out with things you may need. Food and alcohol are allowed to be served at our venue, and you are welcome to use any outside vendor of your choosing. All outside vendors must have a license and insurance. We can often accommodate the handling of rental deliveries and pickups outside of your event times. Please ask, and if this is something we are able to do for you (if it doesn't conflict with another event), we'd be happy to help. Pets are welcomed. A designated smoking section for your party will be created in our outdoor courtyard if desired. If the parking lot will be used for your event, we will supply a Parking Attendant for $20 per hour. This is a required expense.
We absolutely loved the space and it was perfect for our workplace film project. Mike and Margo were very supportive hosts and we would most definitely book again!

This space worked really well for our group overall. The amount of space for break outs was extremely helpful, along with the on site staff who helped make everything possible from set-up to break down. Couldn't say more positive things about Mike and Marvin. They were both extremely helpful and responsive. Some things to note: 1. Cell service is not good so be mindful. 2. Needed some of the small amenities for tech equipment like like a clicker for the projector, a podium, etc. Easy fixes that would make the experience more seamless and easier.
As always a pleasure having our company retreats here. Always have very friendly, helpful, and patient staff. Looking forward to continue booking this location.
This was our second time renting out this location and it really is a great space for a staff retreat and has very friendly staff. We did have a few technical issues though, but on-site staff did what they could as soon as possible to resolve the issues, which was very much appreciated. We do plan on renting space again in the future.
I hosted a leadership offsite at this venue and it was great! My guests were a bit wary of driving into this location, but once we were all set up, everyone had a great time. The space was clean, beautifully furnished and had ample parking. Margo was super easy to work with and very responsive. Looking forward to hosting an event here again soon!
