This meeting room can host up to 12 people. We are a contemporary alternative to the standard work environment: an ultra-modern walk-in workplace that provides creative event and meeting space. We have created Meetup space for everybody that is looking for that special environment. Connect your laptop to the big screen, capture your ideas on the whiteboard and share them via the build in polycom phone.From brain storming sessions to deep dive training, this space provides you with inspirational tools. With a stylish interior, top-notch features, available hospitality services, and high-level security, offering startups, independents, mobile employees, and teams a space to get inspired and work in style Step outside and be part of our community and recharge with a complimentary Starbucks coffee or Tazo tea. With you in mind we have designed spaces that will work for you and your team. After 5PM and weekend bookings require a 3hr minimum charge. Additional charges might apply.
Guarantee: All food and beverage must be ordered no later than five (5) business days prior to your event. A final guarantee is required three (3) business days in advance. If a guarantee is not provided, the contracted numbers will be used as the guarantee. All late orders subject to availability and will be assessed a 10% surcharge. Tax & Service Charge: To ensure the superior service of Venue, 25% service charge will be added to all food, beverage, and audiovisual costs. Labor Charge: In the case on-site changes are requested, additional labor fees may be assessed. Food & Beverage: Because of market fluctuations, all prices are subject to change. Should our prices increase, written notification will be given. Meeting & Event Space Rental: Room rental fees are determined upon original program details. Revisions from the original contract may necessitate a revision in room rental fees. Boxes: We will gladly receive the supplies necessary for any function. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. A nominal-handling fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs., ensures their delivery to your preferred location. Signage and Banners: Signs and banners are not permitted in the common areas. In an effort to maintain appearances, the attachment of these items to function/meeting room walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is also prohibited. Should these restrictions be of concern, please discuss them with our Experience Manager.
The place was perfect for our shoot. Sarah was amazing! From start to finish she was incredibly helpful. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about her and the rest of the people she works with. Particularly Andreas and Ashley. They made my job a lot easier. I can’t thank them all enough. I would definitely work with them again.
