About the Space
The 1,000 sq ft space designed by the Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto features multiple reconfigurable and movable floating panels, and is equipped with several projectors. Other perks include two refrigerators and two wall-to-ceilings 153"x115" street level window spaces. The space is modular and will look different when you visit it; we can reconfigure it according to your specifications.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Naoko and the team were absolutely amazing. I was hosting a surprise engagement party and our first venue cancelled on us last minute. Naoko was super responsive and the team were great. The venue was perfect - great atmosphere and environment! And Naoko and team were super gracious in helping us set up a bar, ice, etc. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience - would highly recommend!

Naoko and the Usagi NY team were a phenomenal events planning partner in executing our annual company holiday party. This venue was a beautiful vibe and had everything we needed for a live band, tarot card reading, selfie/backdrop photo station, cup-stacking competition and costume contest catwalk. We brought (too much) of our own alcohol - beer and wine and bought pizza for the night of. Looking forward to when the venue gets their own liquor license so that we can source their team for an alcohol package, but they were very accommodating with the logistics and storage for our Fresh Direct delivery order pre-event. Things to note for our booking next time: include setup and breakdown time in booking! But Naoko was SUPER responsive and on top of all the logistics in the lead up--we love her and the USAGI team!

Had an engagement party at this venue with around 96 people attending. The owner of the venue is very adaptable and a pleasure to work with. Communication and coordination prior to the event was fantastic. The location has a lot of parking spots as well. Overall, I'm glad I had such a monumental moment in my life at this venue. Would highly recommend!

Olga was a great host and the space was perfect for our production needs. We used the space all day and had breakfast, lunch, hair makeup and styling. It was comfortable and quiet while also being in the thick of the area we needed to be for our on the street shoot.
