GENERAL: You will be working with our event planner / booking manager in hosting your event. We require that at least 2 of our staff members are on site during the duration of your event. Staff will be able to help with set up, audio and visual assistance, and available for general questions. CLEAN UP: We ask that our clients leave the space as they found it. Our on site staff will help with cleaning and disposing of garbage and recycle. Clients if your party includes food and drinks we can book additional staff for bussing and serving. Cleaning services available for an additional fee. BAR & BEVERAGES: If you would like alcohol at your event you will have to go through our bar and beverages program. We have a full bar. If you book with us for 5 hour minimum there will not be a bar minimum. We can provide specialty cocktails for your event. FOOD & CATERING: We have a list of preferred caterers and restaurants that we work directly with. MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT: DJs must be approved before hand to ensure they know to use our equipment and to minimize damages otherwise we have an easy hook up system if you provide your own iPhone or laptop to play Pandora or Spotify off of. If you would like live music we have a stage available, but you will have to bring in your own AV system for this.
