Previously a historic dining hall for the Cardinal Hotel this unique 2,500 square foot Gallery is in the heart of downtown Palo Alto. The space includes a beautiful front lobby area with original stained glass and lighting fixtures. Just past the front lobby is the main gallery space with featured artwork. There is also a private viewing room in the back with couch setup, bathroom, and kitchen. Our exhibitions change every 5–7 weeks so the work up on the walls will not be the same as in the listings pictures. We also change the configuration of our gallery for each exhibition. Similarly, our ability to host events varies with each exhibition and is impacted by the layout of the gallery for that show and the size and materials of the works on display. Food and Beverage - A bar can be set up in the front lobby area. Food can be passed/served in any of the rooms (no red wine or items that can stain, such as tomato sauce). We do not allow catering/food prep onsite - any food must be delivered ready to serve. Parking – No parking available onsite. However, there are several public parking lots nearby and street parking. Included – 1 Onsite Event Manager is included in the venue fee. However, you will need to provide a staff member to check in guests (or we can arrange this for you at an additional cost).
- Please be respectful of the artwork - No red wine or food that can stain (ie, tomato sauce) - Cleaning is the guest's responsibility and isn't included in rate. - The minimum timeframe is 5 hours. This includes 2 hours for setup, 2 hours of active event time, and 1 hour of breakdown.
