We’re south of Market Street, and ahead of everyone else. Our purpose-built loft studio is located in San Francisco’s contemporary South of Market District (also known as SOMA). Once known as South of the Slot, SOMA is the corridor connecting the Mission Bay, Potrero Hill and Dogpatch neighborhoods with downtown San Francisco. We're located just two blocks from the AT&T Ball Park. Our airy loft space boasts five different breakout sections that can be private or semi private. The space has 15 foot ceilings with 10 foot windows that wrap around the space providing bright natural lighting. The unit itself has two floors with elevator and stair access to the second floors. We also have a full kitchen that includes a full size fridge and gas stove. Plates, cups, utensils are included for your convenience. We offer two fully furnished living room spaces and two spaces with conference tables. All rooms have a wall mounted HDTV with HDMI connections. There are two full bathrooms with showers. One on the second floor and one on the first floor. The unit comes with a built in AC/ Heating Unit. Public transportation is a breeze. We're very close to bus lines and CalTrain. Our space can be used for a variety of events. We can video stream your event anywhere in the world for an additional fee. We use the space primarily for offsite meetings and creative meeting sessions. It can be used for a variety of other events. It's very flexible and most times, we can customize the space to your needs and liking. We've held wine tastings here, food tastings, yoga events, and art events to name a few. Again, we're super flexible so don't hesitate to reach out to share what you have on your mind! Note, our per hour cost already includes a Clean Up Fee for meetings and conferences only. If rental of our space is for a party where alcohol, food and/or beverages are being served, please inquire about additional cleaning fees. Water, Soda, and Candy snacks are available for an additional fee, please inquire. Looking forward to hosting you and your team!
As with any rental units, we really would appreciate you leaving the space as it was left with you. We do have a mandatory clean up fee that is on top of the rental charges. We can assist with an onsite dedicated hostess during your stay with us for an additional fee. We also offer beverages and snacks for a nominal fee as well. Should those options not work for you, feel free to bring in your own food and beverage as long as the space is tidied up and returned to us as we left it with you.
Richard consistently makes the process so simple & efficient, this was my second time renting this location for my team offsite, full day of work sessions with a team of 12. the location is superior, the space comfortable, clean and exactly per advertised.
