FRONT YARD SPACE: approx. 2,500 sq ft CAPACITY: 150 seated, 200 standing room only Our ‘front yard’ features an expanse of pavement surrounded by colorful growths of bougainvillea and planters full of succulents and trees. Since we are in Los Angeles, we can host events and performances outdoors almost all year-round. Food trucks and other similar mobile vendors can be parked off-street in this area. It can also accommodate bounce houses, pavilion tents, outdoor games, and other outdoor activities. Depending on the needs of the user, we can also make available the 2 gallery bathrooms and the dining + lounge patio. This custom redwood patio (approx. 360 sq ft) can seat up to 25 or be converted into a stage for outdoor performances or screenings. We have an assortment of outdoor furniture, also available at our discretion.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The place worked perfect for our event. We hosted a baby shower and we had approximately 50 people which fit perfectly and comfortably. The weather was a bit chilly and there was some wind which made the leaves from the big tree spread all over the grounds but it was no big deal. It gave it a more earthy feel. Josh accommodated all of our needs and having the hair salon in the back didn't even bother us. Everything worked perfectly!

We ended up using the gallery for our daughter's high school graduation party, but both spaces are amazing! Josh was very responsive, helpful, understanding, and attentive. The space was a perfect fit for our 20 plus member party; with plenty of seating options, space to move around, an area for food, amazing lighting, and very clean bathrooms. We had a DJ set up and the stage was a perfect fit for that. We will definitely keep this space in mind for future events and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that has a little edge, lots of inspiration, and very cool vibes.
