Overall the space ended up not working for our group, but the space was clean and bright and the staff was wonderfully helpful.

Overall, a good space, friendly staff. We had to walk in on another group and have them leave our booked room, and as we were leaving, someone came in and sat down, so a bit crowded and awkward. The entire space was very warm -- not good for standing and presenting, and it was distracting to have people outside the meeting room talking in the hall. Might book just a more private, different room, but prefer other spaces.

Booked for an 8am start after a long weekend. Didn't get into the room until 8:05 and had to start meeting late. Also HVAC had been shut off for a 3-day weekend and didn't come back on until 8am. Room was very hot for entire 2 hours. Recommend that space doesn't allow bookings until 8:30 to address both issues. Staff was apologetic but not a great experience. Have had good bookings here in the past.

Nice room - building address a bit hard to find but otherwise fine. My only complaint about this specific office is that it is directly in the path of the elevator - so tons of traffic coming and going. I had a small enough group that I could place my clients with their back to the glass wall - so that they would not be distracted - but if you fully used the conference table, everyone facing the glass wall would see people getting on and off of the elevator - and looking into the office - constantly.

This was so easy to host and Carly was really helpful and kind when we came in. The area was clean, the use of the monitor was straightforward, and they even helped guide attendees up to the right floor. Coffee and tea were available on the fifth floor, and the bathrooms were easy to find. Overall smooth, easy, and super pleasant experience.

Experience was positive in working with Sydney. However, we unfortunately were not able make our scheduled meeting due to an unforeseen change in schedules. Although I didn't actually experience the meeting space, leading up to everything, the service and communication was great.
